Each pedal is handcrafted upon order placement. Therefor, please allow 2-4 weeks to receive your pedal.
Need it by this weekend? Order from the closest dealer near you!
-
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?
We sure do!
-
What kind of power supply do I need?
All pedals are constructed to be powered by the industry standard 9V-DC Center Negative. One-Spots and most brick power supplies are suitable.
-

1) upon arrival to the original owner.

Shipping fees to and from the repair shop are always paid by the customer.
"Its been more than 30 days, can you still repair my pedal?"
Totally. After 30 days of the original owner receiving the pedal, a $20 bench/hour fee as well as the cost of replacement parts are responsibilities of the requesting party.
WARNING: If you attempt to repair or mod your pedal, do so at your own risk. Warranty will be immediately voided.
-
"I placed an order a few hours ago and changed my mind, can I have a refund?"
Yes. Your order can be partially refunded with a 10% deduction fee. This applies to all orders, even if you ordered it within the last minute.
-
How long is your wait list for a custom pedal?
14-16 weeks is the estimated wait time for a custom pedal. This time is usually due to the high volume of custom pedals before yours as well as artwork planning, PCB design and fabrication.
-
Do you have B-Stock or Damaged pedals?
Every few months or so, we empty out the shop and put the B-Stock pedals on Instagram or Facebook. In this case, you should follow us!
-
"My band is getting notoriety, can I get a free pedal?"
Most of the guys you see on the artist page have either bought their pedal(s) from us or it was a gift in exchange for their art. We are a small company and probably a lot smaller than you think. Asking for free stuff from anyone puts them in a tight spot. We would love to say “Yes”, but that's not in the cards for everyone.
